Alan Lo
Co-founder
Alan leads our real estate repositioning efforts including concept development and ideas generation and project management.
He is active in public service and philanthropy, serving on a number of committees including Design Trust (as former chairman) Para Site and Art Basel’s Global Patrons Council. Alan also served on a number of government and industry bodies including Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Harbourfront Commission, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce F&B Working Group and Tourism Strategy Group.
He is senior advisor of Hong Kong-based food and beverage operator JIA Group. He holds an AB in architecture from Princeton University.
Darrin Woo
Co-founder
Darrin leads our real estate portfolio investment management, including research, strategic planning, acquisition and disposal, asset management and investor relations.
Darrin is also director at Woo Hon Fai Group, a single family office investing in hedge funds, private equity and venture capital, and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the College of Environmental Design, University of California, Berkeley.
Darrin holds a BSc in Town and Country Planning from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London and a MSc in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong.
