Trained as an architect, Alan leads our real estate repositioning efforts including concept development and ideas generation and project management.
He is active in public service and philanthropy, serving on a number of committees including Design Trust (as former chairman) Para Site and Art Basel’s Global Patrons Council. Alan also served on a number of government and industry bodies including Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Liquor Licensing Board, Harbourfront Commission, Business Facilitation Advisory Committee, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce F&B Working Group and Tourism Strategy Group.
He is senior advisor of Hong Kong-based food and beverage operator JIA Group. Lo has many years of F&B experience, having managed more than 20 projects during the course of his career. He holds an AB in architecture from Princeton University.

Trained as an urban planner, Darrin leads our real estate portfolio investment management, including research, strategic planning, acquisition and disposal, asset management and investor relations.
Darrin is also director at Woo Hon Fai Group, a single family office investing in hedge funds, private equity and venture capital, and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the College of Environmental Design, University of California, Berkeley.
Darrin holds a BSc in Town and Country Planning from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London and a MSc in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong.
